Returns

We want to make the returns process as simple as possible. Please follow the instructions below based on where your Revolution Showers product was purchased. 

Purchased from the Revolution Showers website 

Products purchased directly through the Revolution Showers website can be returned to:

Before returning your item, please make sure: 

  • The product is unused and in its original condition 
  • All parts and accessories are included 
  • The product is returned in its original packaging 
  • The item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return freight, unless the return is warranty related. 

Once the item has been received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method. 

Purchased from Bunnings

Products purchased from Bunnings must be returned directly to a Bunnings store. 

Please bring the product and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Any eligible refund will be processed by Bunnings in line with its returns policy.
